Pick up an intake packet weekdays during regular branch hours at one of the following cPort Credit Union branches (Forest Ave, Riverside Industrial Parkway, and Middle Street in Portland and on Route 1 in Scarborough). Come back during Scan & Go hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM) to have your documents securely scanned. Our IRS-certified volunteers prepare your return remotely, call you twice to review, and you sign digitally or in-person at a Scan and Go site. No need to wait for an in-person appointment!

Visit the GetYourRefund website to answer intake questions and upload your identification and tax documents into our virtual system. You'll then receive two phone calls with our IRS-certified volunteer tax preparers as they prepare and double-check your return. Before we e-file your return, you will need to review and sign off on it (digitally or by visiting a Scan & Go site).
