Enhanced Text Messaging Setup

To begin using EZnet Scheduler Enhanced Text Messaging, two-way SMS feature, you will need to set the mobile field and ensure the field only contains mobile numbers. Landlines in the mobile field will fail to send. If you’re a legacy customer, we recommend adding a new field titled “Mobile” for your appointment creation window. This will ensure future text messages go through successfully and will only contain mobile numbers. Numbers collected and stored in the database of all types remain intact in the original phone fields.
